i have a 120$ ibanez steel string guitar and its pretty decent, but i play mostly classical (i have been playing for 6 months). i have been looking at a manuel rodriguez caballero 11 cedar top classical guitar on musicians friend and it has really good reviews but i cant find anybody playing it online. is it stupid to buy a guitar online without seeing it be played or playing it yourself even though it has good reviews?

Best to play one yourself, to really know if any guitar meets to your expectations of what you are looking for in playing comfort and performance.

Ibanez has a line of classicals as well as Yamaha, Walden and even, Jasmine by Takamine.

I was given a Jasmine classical and was impressed by it. Granted, the more expensive makes are a bit superior when it comes to playability and response, but many 'lesser' makes and models come across well.

So, it is clear that not everyone have the same hands or ears, when it comes to our guitar choices.

And for $300, you could even find something used and in good condition at most music stores or GC when shopping around. Better than Internet services by far.

I still have my 1965 Silvertone classical, along with this more recent Jasmine. Both sound good to me.

I used to have a Yamaha classical when I briefly took classical guitar and it was an inexpensive quality instrument for around that price...
