I am auditioning for Rogers and Hammersteins Oklahoma! I plan on auditioning for the part of Ado Annie, I have a lot of vocal and dance experience as well as theatre experience ( I've been in around 20 productions and in most productions I play the comic character ) I sing "I cain't say no" extraordinarily well and can do a stellar accent, but I'm not sure if I fit the role physically I'm 17 years old and 5'4, my headshot is below

I would say you'd fit the part. I worked in the costume department of the local theatre company when they did Oklahoma, and the girl who played Ado Annie was only 15 and 5'2! If you sing well, act well and dance well, then there should be no reason why you don't stand a very good chance of getting the part. Break a leg!

i do no longer see any reason which you will no longer play that place. you will possibly evaluate finding a hat equivalent to what Ado Annie wears once you audition which might enable them to confirm that character in you - assuming which you're allowed to placed on costumes or use props. all the suitable to you!

I don't see any reason that you cannot play that role. You might consider finding a hat similar to what Ado Annie wears when you audition which would allow them to see that character in you - assuming that you are allowed to wear costumes or use props.

All the best to you!
