How can a male acheive hitting the high notes?

Okay, this is an awkward question, but I have to sing "Only This I Want" some religious song by Dan Schutte, and it requires me to start out with C Flat (high C) which I can hit, but then it goes to C Sharp (again, high C), then it requires me to hit 3 D naturals (high D) How can I hit the C Sharps and High D naturals without sounding like a girl or screaming it?

I would say that a male has a greater chance at doing that before his voice changes. Boys and girls sound basically the same.
