I would really like to see wicked, but don't have the opportunity to see it live. Is there anywhere that I can get a video of wicked. I would love to be able to download a recording of the musical. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

John Paul Jones played piano and mandolin on a couple of song on the Foo Fighters album In Your Honour. Josh Homme (Queens Of The Stone Age) played guitar on the song Razor from the same album. Greg Dulli (Afghan Whigs) plays a guitar part on the song X-Static from the Foo Fighters self-titled debut album. The only part on the album that wasn't performed by Dave Grohl. Eddie Van Halen played the solo on Michael Jackson's song Beat It. James Taylor played banjo on the song Old Man from Neil Young's Harvest album. Ian Mackaye (Minor Threat, Fugazi etc.) plays guitar on Youth Against Fascism from Sonic Youth's Dirty album. J Mascis (Dinosaur Jr) plays some lead guitar on Thurston Moore's album Trees Outside The Academy.

Jimmy Buffett is a guest vocalist on the Eagles' classic "I Can't Tell You Why", which features Glenn Frey as lead guitar instead of Joe Walsh or Bernie Leadon. Buffett is also in the chorus shouting "The Greeks Don't Want No Freaks" on the Eagles' Long Run album. Steely Dan's "Hey Nineteen" featured guests Mark Knopfler and Rick Derringer. Crafty Derringer also played on early Weird Al Yankovic albums to make Al's songs sound exactly like the records. Everyone knows the BeeGees' influence on Frankie Valli's contribution to the Grease Soundtrack, "Grease (Is The Word)". What most don't realize is the guitsr on that song was handled by Peter Frampton. Bill Withers' "Ain't No Sunshine" featured Stephen Stills on acoustic guitar and was produced by Booker T. Warren Zevon's 1987 album "Sentimental Hygiene" featured all members of REM's band (less Michael Stipe) playing on 8 tracks. The title cut featured another distinctive guitar, Neil Young. The collaboration between Buck/Mills/Berry and Zevon was so positive, that they made a one-take electric blues album together - billed as the Hindu Love Gods. Thomas Dolby (She Blinded Me With Science) is the keyboard guest on Foreigner's "Waiting For A Girl Like You" and Belinda Carlisle's "Circle In The Sand". Tina Turner's "Better Be Good To Me" is played by The Fixx, who even are in the video! Patty Smyth's 1987 album "Never Enough" is played exclusively by The Hooters. Steve Martin's "King Tut" has backing vocals credited to Toots Uncommon. The actual singers were none other than The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, who were recording their album right down the hall from the noted comedy king and, as big fans, couldn't wait to help on Steve's single. Bob Seger does background vocals on Kid Rock's "All Night Long". Both are Detroit natives. The Everly Brothers' hit "All I Have To Do Is Dream" featured Chet Atkins on guitar. Huey Lewis & The News' "Hip To Be Square" had backing vocals done by several San Francisco 49ers, including Joe Montana. Steve Jones of The Sex Pistols plays the solo on Billy Idol's "Dancing With Myself". Eltron John's "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me" was supposed to be an all-star cast of background vocalists, including Carl Wilson and Bruce Johnston of The Beach Boys, Toni Tennille and Daryl Dragon (The Captain and Tennille), and Dusty Springfield, as well as members of America and Three Dog Night. All the voices sounded terrible when mixed together, so the final cut used only Wilson, Johnston, and Tennille.

So far, it's not been recorded onto video/DVD etc - any recordings would be illegal.
