?

I have the Spider III 15, and its beginning to suck. I dont exactly need more volume, just better and more sound choices. Would the Spider IV 75 be worth it ?
Its about 3 times the price, and i am not rich (i couldn't find a good vacuum amp). It comes with a free pedal which would be useful.
I play Punk-Rock to Alt-Rock, and in-between. I would order an amp from UK. Other online suggestions would be great, under 300 quid (pounds).

It will be the same thing but louder. Try a cube or a vypyr. The spider is the worst of the bunch IMO.

The vypyr will give you more distortion but if you don't need real heavy gain, try the roland cube.

Google spider vs any amp you want. The spider usually looses.

EDIT:

Go here and post this question. There are a lot of users from the UK. They have tons of experience to help you.

The only way to become "not-confused" is to start testing out amps. Find something you like, and if it's over your budget, put your money away and start saving. The used market is going to be a good place to start, and I really like the Orange Tiny Terror, which I think should be pretty close to your 300 quid mark, if you look used. Throw in a good tube screamer pedal and you'll be set to go.

There isn't much difference from your 15 watt spider that sucks as you have noticed, to a louder 75 watt version. One thing that helped with my spider amp, was to change out the speaker and run an MXR 10 band EQ pedal.

the only thank you to alter into "no longer-puzzled" is to start up finding out out amps. detect some component you like, and if it extremely is over your money, located your money away and start up up up saving. The used marketplace is going to be a solid place to start up, and that i for my area like the Orange Tiny Terror, which i think of of could be notably on the factor of on your 3 hundred quid mark, in case you look used. Throw in a solid tube screamer pedal and you'd be set to bypass. there is not any longer lots distinction out of your 15 watt spider that sucks as you have pronounced, to a louder seventy 5 watt version. one factor that helped with my spider amp, grew to develop into to regulate out the speaker and run an MXR 10 band EQ pedal.

I have a 75w IV and it is amazing it is overpowering. I was with my friend and he got mad because his 75w fender amp wasn't playing as good as mine. Also, you can get so many different sounds out of it. You can play live with it too! I've had it for about 2 years and there is no problems so far. There is no humming from the amp with distortion on unless your pickups hum on your guitar. Hope this helps. The amp is totally worth it. It will last a very long time!
