Can some one list all major scale fingering for trumpet?

Im having a hard time going from Base cleft, to piano, to percussion cleft, to trumpet. Please list as follows,

Why on earth would you want a text version of scales for trumpet? This would not be particularly useful since it would not do a thing to help you read notation, and you would just have to convert the whole thing to notation to use it anyway.
